Our plants need just the right amount of sun, rain and a good frost – which is key in bringing the heat out. These conditions combine to produce the best horseradish products on the market today. A true artisan product, we hand plant, peel and prepare our locally-grown horseradish in Christchurch, New Zealand to produce our gourmet Sauce and Mustard, which are naturally preservative- and additive-free.
